SHIP Medicare Seminar

My office will be sponsoring an informative Medicare Seminar for seniors with
Sen. Bill Cunningham, State Rep. Kelly Burke, and Worth Township Supervisor Patricia Joan Murphy, on October 19th from 9-10:30AM at Worth Township (11601 S. Pulaski Rd). SHIP (A free counseling service for medicare beneficiaries) in partnership with The Illinois Department of Aging will give a one hour presentation explaining the latest information about medicare benefits. Representatives from IDOA will allow time for questions and answers after the seminar.
SHIP can answer questions about:
- Medicare (Eligibility, Coverage Options, ETC)
- Illinois Department of Aging Programs
- Medicare-Medicaid dual eligibility
- Medicare supplement insurance (MEDIGAP/MEDSUP)
- Medicare Advantage Plans (HMO, PPO, PFFS)
- Medicare Part D Prescription Drugs
